The Lizard Collection - Prices in UK pounds and Hfl, BF, and Lit

This is the the catalogue featuring the Cabouchon Lizard collection - and many other collections - from the 1990's with the prices in UK pounds and Hfl (Hungarian forint), BF (Belgian franc) and Lit (Lithuanian litas).

At this point Cabouchon had expanded significantly overseas including to Hungary, Belgium, and Lithuania. One indication of that is this catalogue displaying the prices in the currencies of those countries, as well as in the UK pound.

This is a true collector's item for anybody who was involved with the Cabouchon business, or who has an interest in the history of Cabouchon, or who has a significant collection of Cabouchon jewellery.

You can see that the products were fairly expensive for the 1990's price level - as can be expected from products of the quality of Cabouchon.

You will also see that our prices are very competitive, especially taking into account the following facts:

- Cabouchon vintage jewellery is not made any more, so once the product is sold from our website it is gone.

- Most of our products are one-off items. We have some - very few - items of which we have two or three. If that is the case we generally mention that in the product description.

- Most of our products are brand new new and some are ex-display, i.e. they have been handled and maybe tried on but not worn.
